At PURMOON, every piece is carefully prepared, quality-checked, and packed with care before it is shipped to you.

We hope you love your jewelry. If your order does not meet your expectations, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
· Unused and unworn.
· In its original condition.
· Free from scratches, damage, stains, perfume, lotion, or signs of wear.
· Returned with original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories, if included.
· Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

· Earrings, unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
· Customized or engraved items.
· Items marked as Final Sale.
· Gift cards, if applicable.
· Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original packaging.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

How to Start a Return

Please include:
· Your order number.
· The item you would like to return.
· The reason for return.
· Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
· Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. PURMOON is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:
· A replacement.
· A refund.
· Store credit.
Another solution based on the situation
If the issue is caused by our error, PURMOON will cover the related return or replacement shipping costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
· Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
· International customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
· Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
· Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
· Refunds may be partially or fully declined if the item does not meet our return conditions.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original item if it is eligible, and place a new order.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs fees, or related charges.
Original shipping fees and customs-related fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes
· Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
· Items must be returned in original, unused condition.
· Returns sent without approval may not be processed.
· Items returned after the return window may be declined.
· Refunds may be reduced or declined if the item is worn, damaged, altered, or missing packaging/components.
