We currently ship to the United States and selected international countries and regions.

Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $149.
Please note that the free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts are applied.
Orders under $149 will be charged a standard shipping and handling fee at checkout.
For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country or region.

Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 48 hours after order confirmation, excluding customized, engraved, or pre-order items.
Each PURMOON piece is quality-checked before shipment to make sure it meets our standards for clean sparkle, comfort, and everyday elegance.
Please note that processing time may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high-order-volume periods.

Packing & Quality Check
Each PURMOON order is carefully quality-checked, packed, and recorded before shipment for internal quality control.
This helps us confirm that the correct item is sent, protect your order during fulfillment, and provide better support if any delivery or order issue needs to be reviewed.
Every piece is handled with care before it leaves our studio.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

United States Standard Shipping:
7–12 business days

International Standard Shipping:
8–18 business days

Delivery time includes order processing and shipping transit.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, peak seasons, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive:

Order Confirmation Email
Shipping Confirmation Email with Tracking Number once your order has shipped
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
If you do not see our emails, kindly check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

Shipping Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to:
Modify the shipping address
Change the recipient information
Upgrade the shipping method
Cancel the shipment once it has been dispatched

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
PURMOON is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unpaid duties and taxes.
If a package is refused, returned, or delayed due to unpaid customs fees, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges, or related fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier or local courier.

If your tracking shows a delay, please allow a few extra business days for updates, especially during peak seasons or international customs processing.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unpaid customs fees, we will contact you once the package is received. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
